Dance-informed personal training · Ottawa, MI
Move freely.Feel at homein your body.
Strength and corrective training for women, built by a dancer who studies the science behind the muscles. Beginners, athletes, and anyone coming back from injury.
Sound familiar
You want to movewithout it hurting.
- 01
Your joints talk back on the stairs, on the run, on the way up from the floor. You want to move without bracing for it.
- 02
You were handed a sheet of exercises after an injury, did them alone, and never knew if you were doing them right.
- 03
You are new to lifting, or new again, and every gym feels built for someone who already knows what they are doing.
The method · Strength is choreography
You can't really growunless you have correct form.
Science first
Exercise science shapes every choice, so you know which muscle is working and why.
Corrective work
Imbalances get addressed early, before they turn into the next injury.
Then the power
Powerlifting, yoga, and interval work, chosen for your goal, never just for the burn.
Be my next success story
I am looking for my founding clients: women ready to build strength the careful way, and be the first stories I get to tell.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

Meet Ellie
I got hurt dancing, and physical therapy showed me something: I did not want to only fix injuries, I wanted to prevent them. Now I bring a dancer's awareness and an exercise science education to every woman I train.
Questions
Before you reach out.
Is this safe for my situation?
Safety comes first, every time. We start with a movement screen and a conversation about your history, injuries included. If something needs a doctor or physical therapist first, I will tell you. Nothing gets loaded until the form is right.
Have you worked with someone like me?
I know injury from the inside. I got hurt dancing, went through physical therapy, and that is why I train people. You will be one of my first clients, so you get my full attention and nothing borrowed from a template.
I have never lifted. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Beginners are who I want. We build the pattern first, the strength follows, and you leave every session knowing why each movement is in your program.
Where do sessions happen?
